We love our profession, and we love helping animals. We want them to be happy and healthy, but we know vet appointments can sometimes be difficult.
That’s why we created these goals to make veterinary appointments less stressful and more fun:
- We will focus on explaining our recommendations and demystifying all the “doctor speak” to make sure you understand what you need to keep your fur family healthy.
- We encourage pet parents to contact us if you have any questions; it is never a bother to us to answer them or give you information you need.
- We will schedule appointments to reduce waiting because your time is valuable.
- We are going to try to fit sick pets into our schedule. We know it’s unexpected and can’t be planned for, and we want to get them feeling better as quickly as possible.
- We will take more time in an appointment if your baby needs it.
- We will make wait times super fun when they happen!
